These terms cover your use of Folio, an app for journaling college visits. By using Folio, you agree to them.

Using Folio

You need an account to use Folio, created by signing in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure.

You agree not to:

• Use Folio for anything unlawful
• Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the app or its services
• Upload content you do not have the right to upload
• Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights

We may suspend or remove accounts that do these things.

Your content belongs to you

Your reviews, notes, ratings, and photos are yours. We claim no ownership of them.

You grant us only the narrow permission needed to run the app: to store your photos and display them back to you inside Folio. That is the entire extent of it. We do not publish your content, share it with other users, sell it, or use it to train anything.

Subscriptions

Folio is free to use for up to three colleges. A paid subscription removes that limit and unlocks additional features.
